Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the customer
- More than 14 days before the rental date — full refund of any deposit paid.
- 14 to 4 days before — 50% of the rental price retained.
- Less than 4 days or no-show — 100% of the rental price retained.
Cancellations must be sent in writing by WhatsApp or email and are effective from the time we acknowledge receipt.
Cancellation by us (weather / safety)
If sailing is forbidden by the Paros port authority for your boat class, or if our captain considers conditions unsafe, you may choose:
- To postpone the rental to another available date within the same season, or
- A full refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled rental.
No additional compensation is owed (e.g. for travel costs, accommodation or missed connections).
Early return
Boats returned early for any reason other than mechanical failure of the boat are not refunded.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued via the same method used for payment, within 14 calendar days of confirmation.
